Day 2: Plyometrics

Okay this DVD is no joke like forreal forreal. I had to take so many breaks throughout it it isnt even funny. But nonetheless I absolutely LOVED this work out. It was so delightfully challenging. I was dripping in sweat, like drenched in sweat you guys. I feel really good this go round about my fitness journey. I feel like I can do it and see results this time y’know. As well as healthier eating ! I found this recipe for cold mocha oatmeal and I am ready to try it !

Day 1: Arms & Chest

So today I started P90x, and well lets just say kicked my BUTT!! Today I learned that I have absolutely no upper body strength what so ever. I am working on it though. I’m going to keep at it though, you don’t see results by just giving up y’know, and I don’t plan on giving up at all. To be honest I quite like it a lot. So far P90x has proven to be very fun for me and challenging. You always gotta like a challenge don’t you? haha No pain no gain !

Id probably still do kickboxing, I dunno I love working out but Im also very lazy

Looking in the mirror and thinking, Imma change this

The feeling I get afterwards, getting results, I just love it in general

This is currently what I look like in my bikini.. and quite frankly I love being a curvy girl, but this is not cutting it. My goal is not to change my weight but to change my body. I dont care how much I weigh. I would just like to tone and tighten my curves. For a more sleek look.
